Dentrite Panelbeaters was founded in 1995. With its compliment of highly qualified and dedicated staff the business grew steadily over the years. Most of the staff compliment have been with Dentrite for over 10 years, and some from the time the business started its operation.
As technology advanced, so did Dentrite, making sure to take full advantage of the technology available to motivate the staff to always improve on the quality of workmanship. Dentrite has 2 computerised spray booths and colour matching is done according to manufacturers standards. This results in perfect colour matching. Dentrite also has a digital quoting system that is approved by all major insurance companies.
The digital process allows Dentrite to e-mail insurance claims directly, which results in quicker response times and ultimately leads to customer satisfaction because of the quicker turn around times. In the event that you are left stranded without a vehicle while your damaged car is being repaired, Dentrite has several courtesy cars that will keep you mobile.
Having no car while your vehicle is being repaired can be frusting, so we offer customers courtesy cars under certain conditions as per stipulated criteria. CCTV ensures that the entire premises is monitored at all times to maintain a close vigil on all cars that are on the premises.
In 2009 Dentrite won the SQS (Service Quality System Award) from General Motors for the best Customer Satisfaction in the Eastern Cape. The award was also won by the company in 2007 from Toyota SA.
